I have included this index, and also I created a new blog only indexes that you may find it easier recipes. In it, I've simplified the entry, leaving practically only the recipe, and to merge some categories.
I can see by clicking HERE , and also find the link at the top side of the blog. Whoever the index, you press the end of the entry that says "I want an index on my blog. Just change the name of my blog for yours.
